We are an Indian couple (Apeksha and Vishal) based in Frankfurt, running authentic Indian streetfood bike which is fully equipped to cook. It is an environment friendly alternative to Food trucks or trailers and has a highly efficient solar powered roof which enables all electrical functions within the bike. We bring to the event the most popular street food of India - The south Indian Dosa. A vegetarian, gluten free and a healthy dish for any age, prepared with rice and lentils.
