Las Fritas
Las Fritas is a concept with freshly cut french fries made of Dutch potatoes and sweet potatoes. Our fritas are served with different kinds of Spanish toppings as well as Spanish croquetas in 3 flavours, chorizo, gamba and goat cheese, all served out of our beautiful 1968 Airstream Sovereign.
